Triple Chocolate Brownies

There’s something wonderful about developing a recipe — to be able to transform an idea that’s merely a thought in your head, into a tangible product, something you can touch, taste, and hold. It’s magical! Mind you, sometimes, the recipe doesn’t work on the first try, or the second try, or the third try. Sometimes it takes a few rounds of tweaking and adjusting, but there’s so much that’s learned in the process. And it’s an extra beautiful, magical, thing, when the recipe works the first time! Like these triple chocolate brownies.

I’ll say that again, Triple. Chocolate. Brownies! I was debating calling them triple chocolate cookie bars, because they follow the same recipe pattern of some of my cookie recipes. In the end though, I decided to call them Triple Chocolate Brownies, because once they’re baked they have the same gooey texture of brownies, rather than the crunchier texture of a cookie. Plus when I think of a brownie, I immediately think of chocolate — Triple Chocolate Brownies, just makes sense!

And guuuys, I am 100% obsessed with these brownies, they are so unbelievably easy to make. They just take 15 minutes to whip together, and while they’re baking, you can watch the Bachelorette! (speaking from personal experience.) They’re the dessert you can serve at any gathering, for any celebration, any time of the year! This is my kind of dessert!
