- 3/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Butterscotch Chips
- 2 Tbsps Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
In a mason jar, combine the heavy whipping cream and milk.
Add the butterscotch chips to a microwave safe bowl, and microwave for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted.
Use a spoon to stir the chips until smooth.
Slowly add in about 1/3 of the heavy cream mixture, stir until smooth. Add in a little more heavy whipping cream, and stir again until smooth. Add in the remaining heavy whipping cream. Stir until smooth.
Add the butterscotch mixture back into the jar. Add in the sugar and vanilla extract.
Place the lid on the jar and shake it for about 30 seconds to combine the ingredients.
Take the lid off the jar and place it in the freezer for about 4 hours or until completely frozen.
