- 1 package Bob's Red Mill Instant Oatmeal
- 2 Tbsps Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsps Honey
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 1 Tbsp Chocolate Chips
- 1 Tbsp White Chocolate Chips
Preheat the oven to 400° Fahrenheit.
In a mixing bowl combine one package of instant oats, peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey, and water. Stir together until combined. Split the cookie dough into three sections and scoop the cookie dough onto a cookie sheet. Use the back of the spoon to flatten the cookie dough into disks. Bake the cookies for 12 minutes. Add the chocolate chips to the microwave safe bowl, and microwave for a minute, until melted. Stir until smooth, then use a fork to drizzle the chocolate across the cookies.
Add the white chocolate chips to a separate microwave safe bowl, microwave for a minute until soft. Stir until smooth, then use a fork to drizzle the white chocolate across the cookies in a perpendicular direction to the milk chocolate. Let the cookies set for 10 minutes in the fridge, then enjoy!
