Crust
- 12 Chocolate Graham Cracker Sheets
- 1/2 cup Butter melted
Filling
- 1 1/2 cups Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 Tbsps Powdered Sugar
For the Filling
In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the heavy cream for one minute.
In a mixing bowl, combine the bittersweet chocolate chips and powdered sugar. Pour the warm cream over the chocolate chips. Whisk the chocolate and cream together until the chocolate is completely melted. Pour the melted chocolate into the pie crust. Use a spatula to smooth it out.
Refrigerate for one hour, or until completely set.
Slice and serve with whipped cream.
