Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a blender, blend three bananas. Then add the softened butter, oil, sugar, molasses, eggs, and vanilla and blend all together.
Fold the wet ingredients into the dry until just mixed .
Line the bottom of a loaf tin with wax paper. Pour the batter into the tin.
Bake for 55 minutes or until the top of the loaf is golden brown and a toothpick poked in the middle comes out clean.
Remove the loaf from oven and let cool 15 minutes. Then, using a knife, gently go around the edge of the tin to loosen the banana bread. Flip the loaf tin over and the banana bread will fall right out.
Pull the wax paper off the bottom of the loaf.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container. Best if eaten within a week.
