Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1/3 Cup Corn Starch
  • 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsps Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/3 Cup Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl stir together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
  • In a separate bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, vinegar, oil, and vanilla extract.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients, and whisk together until smooth.
  • Turn the waffle maker on. Add the batter to the waffle iron, and cook each waffle until it's golden brown and crispy, about 2 minutes per waffle.
  • Once they're done, top with whatever your heart desires.
