- 1 Cup Flour
- 1/3 Cup Corn Starch
- 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsps Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1/3 Cup Oil
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
In a mixing bowl stir together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
In a separate bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, vinegar, oil, and vanilla extract.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, and whisk together until smooth.
Turn the waffle maker on. Add the batter to the waffle iron, and cook each waffle until it's golden brown and crispy, about 2 minutes per waffle. Once they're done, top with whatever your heart desires.
