Well it’s that time again friends! Time for s’more waffles (Get it? Some more waffles, S’more Waffles?) Ahahaha, man I crack myself up! Anywaaay yes, it is our favorite day of the week again — waffle Wednesday!!! Today we have s’more waffles on the menu!
What I love about these waffles, is that the only form of “flour” in the waffle is graham crackers! Yes, that is correct — just graham crackers! Which gives the waffle a nice crunch, just like a graham cracker on a s’more. The inside of the waffle has gooey and delicious marshmallows, with creamy, smooth, melted chocolate, and then the top of the waffle get’s a delicious layer of melted chocolate too — just a little extra somethin somethin, if ya know what I’m saying.
Now possibly what might be the most fun part about these waffles, is that you can have s’mores any time of the year! No need for a camp fire, you don’t have to roast them over the stove, you don’t even need the oven. Just a good ole’ waffle iron, and the magic will happen.
So let’s get to the good part — how to make these!

- Add the graham crackers into a ziplock bag, press the air out of the bag and seal it shut. Use a rolling pin to crush up the graham crackers into fine crumbs.
- Add the graham cracker crumbs to a bowl, mix in the sugar, baking powder, and salt, then whisk in the egg.
- Spoon in one and a half scoops of batter into the mini waffle iron and let cook until done, about 3-4 minutes. Then gently remove the waffle from the iron.
- Add the chocolate chips to a small microwave safe bowl, microwave for one minute until melted. Stir until smooth.
- Cut the waffles in half, then cut the marshmallows in half. Spread some melted chocolate onto one half of the waffle. Place two halved marshmallows on the chocolate next to each other. Place the other waffle half on top of the waffle. Place the waffle sandwich into the waffle iron, and close the top. Let the waffle cook until the marshmallows are melty.
- Carefully remove the waffle from the iron, and drizzle any remaining chocolate on the top. Let the waffles cool for a minute or two and then enjoy!
